This elite level program is for individual professional athletes, college athletes, and topflight competitors who are serious and committed to developing, not only their mental game and their mental capacity to perform, but developing themselves as a whole as well. In this 12 week program, we cover all aspects of mental training and personal development for the purpose of helping you to strengthen your mind and develop yourself as a whole so that you can start performing to your maximum, get better results in your sport, and create happiness and well-being outside of sport in your every day life. Each week, we’ll work on one specific core topic in relation to mental training and personal development:

This program requires a solid, fierce level of commitment. Along with weekly, hour-long coaching sessions, there is work you will be asked to do outside our sessions in the form of reading, worksheets, and other exercises that you’ll need to complete as part of the program curriculum. I will hold you to a high standard and demand that commitment from you when you participate in the program. This program is my elite level program and it’s for those who are truly serious about committing to improving their mental game, moving themselves to the next level in their sport, and becoming the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.

Pricing

 

*You can purchase the program in full or you may purchase the 3 month payment plan if needed. If you go with the 3 month payment plan option, you’ll need to create a PayPal account in order to make the payments. You’ll be prompted to set up an account when you go to make your initial purchase. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase the program in full.

*Program fees are non-refundable after Week #1’s session is concluded and the program has started. If you have to cancel participation in the program due to illness or other dire personal reasons, a refund for the remaining portion of the program will be given. If you’re on a payment plan, you may cancel the remaining payments.

*If you cannot make a scheduled session any week, you must notify me no less than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled session. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours ahead of time, money for that portion of the program will not be refunded and you’ll have to reschedule that session for another week.

*If you desire on-location coaching for any session, costs associated with travel and accommodation will be incurred. These will vary depending on the specifics of your situation. We will discuss and agree on the exact figure before any on-location work is provided.
